I recently started using comprehensible input more as a primary learning method. There are times where I feel everything is easy and other days where I feel like my brain just isn’t working and everything is nonsense. I don’t know if this happens to anyone else. I’m also a lot better at reading and I was able to mostly follow along through the whole Chants of Sennar play through even though it’s Intermediate level so long as I use the subtitles.
I will use YouTube and listen to other Japanese content through a work shift for a few hours. I like Nihongo Con Teppei but there are times where even some of his beginner content is hard to understand when he speaks fast. There’s another channel I watch Akane Japanese class. I don’t know what level her stuff is geared toward but she is easier to understand usually.
I guess the point of this rambling post is just to ask others, how do you deal with feeling demotivated?
